What is AIESEC?
AIESEC is the world’s largest student-run organization. Present in over 1,700 universities in 110 countries, AIESEC, the world’s largest student-run organization with 45,000 members worldwide, is an international platform for young people to explore and develop their potential so as to have a positive impact in society. Every year, we run more than 470 youth leadership conferences, provide 9,000 leadership opportunities to our members, and provide young individuals access to almost 8,500 work-abroad traineeships.
Our members are part of an exciting, driven global network. They are able to contribute to societal change while exploring their own vision for a positive impact on society.
We are supported by thousands of partner organization around the globe who look to AIESEC to support the development of youth and to access top talent through our global internship program.

For over 60 years, AIESEC has also been collaborating and providing assistance to various organizations in the society to help the youth become socially responsible, entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive and active learners. And for the past 42 years since its establishment in 1968, AIESEC in the Philippines has grown to be a very dynamic organization whose achievements have merited national and international recognition. Each year, we transform our members into tomorrow’s leaders in business and government; providing them with excellent training, world-class mentorship, and a priceless learning experience.
